<p>A panel of independent experts is being convened to review all available data on
the possible association between hormonal pregnancy tests, including Primodos, and
birth defects. The Government is in the process of obtaining all relevant documents
in order that they may be evaluated by the Panel. The time frame for the inquiry has
yet to be finalised but the Panel is expected to review the evidence in the early
