Taking information directly from HMRC allows us to capture a wide range of income types received by paying parents. This involves organising formal medal ceremonies for medal-winners who receive their Olympic medal following the disqualification of a competitor.</p><p><br>Last month Australian athlete Jared Tallent was presented with an Olympic gold medal for the 50km walk at the London 2012 Games following the disqualification of a Russian athlete for a doping offence. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 23/10/2017 answer text <p>All individual products purchased in a specific delivery are fully traceable to source but the House Service does not hold aggregated the information in respect of sourcing from individual parts of the UK, and it could only be assembled at disproportionate cost.</p><p>The House Service sources products that meet UK or equivalent standards of production and which are produced with higher environmental standards where possible. In the last financial year, spend on food and drinks in the House of Commons was £3,188,504 and Commons and Lords combined was £4,604,216. For Personal Independence Payment (PIP), our guidance for Health Professionals sets out the sources of evidence which could help inform the decision making process on PIP entitlement. Sources include evidence from other Health Professionals, family members, carers, and the claimant’s own views of the impact of their health condition on their everyday lives. Detailed information can be found in Part 1 of the PIP Assessment Guide on <a href="https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/personal-independence-payment-assessment-guide-for-assessment-providers" target="_blank">GOV.UK</a>. We have also recently launched a series of videos outlining the claim process in a simple and clear way and what the best sources of evidence to provide are.</p><p> </p><p>ESA Claimants are also encouraged to provide all evidence they have that is relevant to their case at the outset of their claim, including medical evidence supplied by their GP or other professionals, such as support workers, carers and community mental health nurses. NAS are also a member of the Centre for Health and Disability Assessment’s (CHDA) Customer Relations Group and quality assures relevant training and guidance for CHDA’s Healthcare Professionals who undertake Work Capability Assessments.</p><p> </p><p>With regards to PIP, we regularly engage with stakeholders and one of the main avenues is through the PIP Forum events. In addition, many staff who have the right to retire at 60 choose to work beyond their retirement age.</p><p>To become a Prison Officer you must pass a Recruitment Assessment Day (RAD) which consists of literacy and numeracy tests, situational judgment tests and physical and medical tests. These determine your suitability for the role and do not take into account a candidate’s age or gender. There are 4 elements of the fitness test including: grip, agility, bleep and holding a shield. All of these elements need to be passed for the candidate to pass the fitness part of the RAD.</p><p>All Prison Officers who joined the service after April 2001 must pass an annual fitness test in order to remain a prison officer. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 04/05/2016 answer text <p>All three statutory maintenance schemes allow the Secretary of State to revise any maintenance liability decision found to be incorrect as a result of misrepresentation by either parent. There is no timescale within which the misrepresentation must be discovered, before a revision may be completed.</p><p> </p><p>Under the 2012 scheme, in the first instance maintenance is assessed using historic income information from HMRC. Annual reviews are carried out using HMRC income data and liabilities are adjusted accordingly. Over the lifetime of a case changes to income should therefore be reflected appropriately.</p><p> </p><p>Where an individual is assessed on current income, they are obliged to inform the Child Maintenance Service of any increase to their income of 25% or over. If they fail to do so and the Child Maintenance Service subsequently becomes aware of an increase in their income, the Secretary of State may still calculate a new assessment, taking effect at the point the income increased.</p><p> </p><p>Any arrears that result from such “retrospective” action will nonetheless be due and CMS will take enforcement action if the Paying Parent does not arrange to pay them themselves. The facility whereby a ‘premium deduction’ is taken from any refund of contributions payable to an unmarried member only exists in the 1972 Section (none of the other parts of the Civil Service pension arrangements provide refunds to unmarried members). The deduction is there to cover the scheme against the risk that the member marries/enters a civil partnership in retirement and then pre-deceases their spouse/civil partner, giving rise to a widow(er)/civil partner’s pension payable from the scheme.</p><p> </p><p>(b) If the premium were to be repaid to the member’s estate should they subsequently die without marrying or entering a civil partnership, the amount of the premium would need to be significantly higher as it would only be retained by the scheme in circumstances where a spouse/civil partner’s pension was payable.</p><p> </p><p>(c) The Civil Service pension arrangements are funded through the Civil Superannuation Vote. Contributions (both member and employer) are paid into the Vote, and benefits and refunds are paid out of the Vote. MyCSP are the scheme administrator. They arrange for refunds of contributions to be paid, where appropriate. But if a premium deduction is necessary, MyCSP do not retain that deduction themselves.
