The “Cyber Crime: Cyber Stalking” course includes cyber stalking, non-cyber stalking and harassment. The “Stalking and Harassment” course (which was released in April 2014) deals specifically with stalking and harassment offences.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>The CPS maintains a central record of the number of employees who have been trained on the law on stalking by way of the e-Learning courses. 1581 of its employees in post on 23 October 2014 have completed all elements of either of the e-Learning courses in the period between 1 November 2012 (the month when the Cyber Stalking e-Learning module was revised to include the new stalking offences) and 23 October 2014.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>In October 2014 the CPS issued follow-up, face-to-face training material on the Stalking and Harassment offences. In April 2019, the National Living Wage increased to £8.21 per hour, handing a full-time worker a further £690 annual pay rise. By 2024 the National Living Wage will rise to £10.50 per hour, reaching 66% of median UK earnings. The scope will be expanded to everyone aged 21 and over and is expected to benefit over 4 million low paid workers.</p><p> </p><p>The Government will always award contracts on the basis of the best value for money for the taxpayer.</p><p> </p><p>No staff directly employed by the Law Officers’ Departments (Attorney General’s Office, Government Legal Department, Crown Prosecution Service, Serious Fraud Office and HM Crown Prosecution Service Inspectorate) are paid less than the Real, or London Living Wage for London-based staff. Each department is located on separate premises and therefore their steps to climate responsibility differ.</p><p>The AGO is located within a building shared with other tenants. The department engages with the landlord to support any opportunities to reduce greenhouse emissions. Emissions data is produced for the building and is not identifiable for each tenant. Information relating to the government vehicle is collated and reported by the Department for Transport. The AGO ensures that all travel is kept to a minimum.</p><p>The CPS actively seeks to understand and mitigate its sustainability impacts associated with delivering its core organisational responsibilities. The CPS’ sustainability objectives include delivering on the Greening Government Commitments1 (GGC) for reducing energy, water, paper and other resource use, reducing travel and managing waste and assessing and managing social and environmental impacts and opportunities in policy development and decision making.</p><p>The GLD has not made any specific assessment of the effect of climate change on the work of the Department. They provide legal advice in support of our clients’ considerations of climate change and the impact on their business, whilst we have made changes to our operations over time to reduce the consumption of natural resources, including the consumption, movement and storage of paper files, and travel‎.</p><p>No formal assessment has been made on how climate change may impact the work of the SFO. The GLD have a joint agreement with the PCS and FDA unions. The GLD enjoys a productive and open relationship with the unions, and fully accepts that the law places a duty on an employer to disclose information for collective bargaining purposes. This may include information without which the Trade Union representative would be materially impeded from carrying out collective bargaining and information which it would be in accordance with good employment relations practice to disclose for the purpose of collective bargaining. The information appropriate for disclosure will vary according to the request but is likely to include some of the following: principles and structures of pay and reward systems; analysis of earnings and hours of work; total pay bill and benefits; terms and conditions of employment; workforce planning statistics; and business outlook. In addition, routine human resources information is shared with recognised trade unions as part of our normal engagement, for example TUs are provided with anonymised workforce data which includes staffing numbers, turnover and activity levels on a monthly basis. The Victims’ Code entitles victims to be informed about the scheme, promptly after sentence, so that they may refer sentences for consideration by the Law Officers within the time limit. The Attorney General’s Office receives requests to review sentences from victims; their family members; the CPS; the police; MPs and members of the public. There is a presumption to publish programme information for all CSSF programmes, and for 2018/19 83 out of our 90 programmes, had programme summaries published. The two key reasons why we may not be able to make programme documentation public are to protect national security and to protect the safety and security of beneficiaries, partners and partner governments.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>The latest <a href="https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/727383/CSSF_Annual_Report_2017_to_2018.pdf" target="_blank">Annual Report</a> and programme summaries took on many of the suggestions received from stakeholders in the development sector. The Annual Report included a chapter on spend with break downs by ODA and non-ODA, department, region, theme and discretionary and non-discretionary budgets. In addition, Programme summaries broke down project spend by ODA/non-ODA splits.</p><p> </p><p>We are also working to publish more Official Development Assistance (ODA) spend information on Devtracker.
