Only those applications passing scrutiny are accepted.</p><p> </p><p>Voters are required to state the nature of their relationship to the individual they are nominating as their proxy and all forms contain the warning that making a false statement is a criminal offense. In the case of social landlords, it would be set out in the tenancy agreement whether pets are allowed and this is at the discretion of the landlord. Similarly, in the private rented sector, it is a matter for landlords to agree with their tenants as to whether pets are permitted. My officials are working up proposals and a decision on how the Fund will be delivered from 2017/18 will be made in due course.</p><p>In 2016/17, over 140 local authorities received grants under the Fund for a wide variety of purposes relating to increasing the capacity of the community-led housing sector in their areas as well as directly supporting the delivery of specific community-led housebuilding projects. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 21/07/2017 answer text <p>Individuals are entitled to vote as a proxy for an unlimited number of close relatives but may not vote as proxy at the same election in any constituency on behalf of more than two electors to whom they are not a closely related.</p><p> </p><p>The administration of proxy voting is an operational matter for the Chief Electoral Officer for Northern Ireland who will, following the Parliamentary election in June, conduct a routine post-election review of all administrative procedures. The Government will carefully consider any recommendations it receives concerning proxy voting from both the independent Electoral Commission as well as from the Chief Electoral Officer.
