star this property answer text <p>On 30 April the House agreed to changes to the Code of Conduct for Members of the House of Lords that incorporated the Parliamentary Behaviour Code, which sets out the standards of behaviour expected of everyone who works within the Parliamentary Estate, and introduced provisions to deal explicitly with behaviour that constitutes bullying, harassment or sexual misconduct. Since then, there have been fewer than ten complaints of bullying, harassment or sexual misconduct made against members of the House of Lords under the Code. To protect the confidentiality of those reporting complaints, and in line with Parliament’s publication policy for statistics under the Independent Complaints and Grievance Scheme, the exact numbers are only provided where they are ten or more.</p> more like this

Excluding the Palace of Westminster, the buildings for which the House of Lords has responsibility, and their values, are as follows:</p><ul><li><p>1-2 Millbank - £51.2m</p></li><li><p>5 Great College Street - £23.8m</p></li><li><p>Fielden House - £9.7m</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>7 Old Palace Yard - £5.8m</p></li></ul><p>The valuation date is 31 March 2019 and was conducted by the Valuation Office Agency. star this property answer text <p>An option to move Parliament out of the Palace of Westminster to a new purpose-built building was included in the <a href="https://restorationandrenewal.parliament.uk/wp-content/uploads/2018/08/Pre-Feasibility-Study-Oct12.pdf" target="_blank">Restoration and Renewal Pre-Feasibility Study</a> published in 2012. The House of Lords Commission, then known as the House Committee, reviewed that study on 30 October 2012. It decided to rule out the option of constructing a new building away from Westminster and agreed that no further analysis would be undertaken on this option. The House of Commons Commission had already taken a similar view. These commitments were reaffirmed by the Joint Committee on the Palace of Westminster in 2016 and in the resolutions of both Houses following the debates in 2018.</p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>The Attorney General’s Office (AGO) has had officials take sick leave for reasons relating to stress in the last 12 months. However, we are not in a position to release this data, as due to the small size of the office this could lead to individuals becoming identifiable.</p><p>The AGO is highly committed to the health and wellbeing of its staff, and works to help them to manage stress in the workplace. The AGO offers a range of guidance and services in place to support staff, including launching its own wellbeing statement and strategy, and receiving the commitment of the Executive Board to wellbeing. The staff volunteer led wellbeing group has organised numerous events for colleagues to help improve wellbeing and manage stress. The AGO also offers free counselling services for staff members.</p> more like this

Due to small numbers of staff at each of the requested grades, we have grouped these together in our response below.</p><p> </p><p>Including those on temporary promotion at the grades requested, there are 16 members of staff in scope. Of these, only five have input their ethnicity details onto the HR system.
