It is not possible to provide a detailed breakdown because of the strategic and operational sensitivities surrounding them. Whilst the Wales Office is not an employer in its own right, staff have access to all Ministry of Justice employee services that help to sustain physical and mental wellbeing, including Occupational Health and a 24 hour employee assistance helpline. In line with best practice, the Wales Office has a designated Mental Health Champion.</p><p> </p><p>We have also worked with other parts of the UK Governance Group to offer bespoke events. This role is currently undertaken by the Chief of Materiel (Ships) within Defence Equipment and Support, who engages with Babcock on a regular basis.
