answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 05/01/2015 answer text <p>Two new central institutions were established under the Health and Social Care Act 2012: Public Health England (PHE) and the National Health Service Commissioning Board. In addition, the reforms associated with the Act led to the establishment of Health Education England (HEE) and the National Health Service Trust Development Authority.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>Administration costs across the health system in 2014-15 are a third lower than in 2010-11.
