However the NHS patient visitor and staff car parking principles published by the Department on 23 August 2014 provide clear direction and leadership and require NHS organisations to publish details of their car parking arrangements including financial information relating to the charges and income which allows patients and the public to hold the NHS locally to account where unfair parking charges occur.</p><p> </p><p><strong> </strong></p><p> </p><p>Information about the cost and availability of car parking across the NHS is published annually as part of two data collections - the Patient-Led Assessments of the Care Environment and the Estates Return Information Collection. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 21/07/2015 answer text <p>Rivers can supply renewable energy in two main ways: they can provide hydro-electric power, and they can provide heat for water-sourced heat pumps.</p><p>The Department published a digital water source heat map in March 2015. The map estimates the potential thermal capacity of rivers, estuaries, canals and coastal sites in England. Therefore it is important that individuals carefully consider the implications of giving these guarantees up before proceeding with a decision to transfer out to access their benefits flexibly.</p><p> </p><p>The independent financial advice £30,000 threshold applies to transfers out of all funded defined benefit schemes, including public sector schemes such as the Local Government Pension Scheme. This includes park homes. DECC statistics show that 257 park homes have benefited from ECO measures up to 31 March 2015). 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 13/07/2015 answer text <p>The Local Government Ombudsman is independent of both Government and local authorities as regards their determination of specific cases but is accountable to Parliament for the performance of the Local Government Ombudsman service and is statutorily required to lay before Parliament its annual report and accounts.</p><p> </p><p>In addition the Communities and Local Government Committee have held inquiries into the service's work which has involved the Local Government Ombudsman giving evidence before the Committee.</p><p> </p><p>In the Queen's Speech, the Government announced that it would publish a draft Bill creating a single Public Service Ombudsman in this Parliamentary session. National planning policy makes clear that most forms of development in Green Belt are inappropriate. Local planning authorities, in consultation with local communities, are in charge of protecting their Green Belt in line with policy in the National Planning Policy Framework.
