star this property answer text <p>The Poisons Act 1972 requires a supplier to report any relevant transaction(s) that they deem to be suspicious that involve substances listed in Part 3 of Schedule 1A.</p><p>Our policy is based on the following key strands:</p><p>Effective partnerships with relevant trade associations, suppliers and online retailers to help them understand which products are within scope of the Act, what action they should take to ensure compliance. Working with them and providing guidance to ensure they are able to spot and report suspicious transactions in a timely fashion.</p><p>Effective law enforcement by providing guidance to police officers on identifying non-compliance, preventing attacks, searching potential perpetrators for harmful substances and responding to victims at the scene.</p><p>Identifying where less harmful alternatives are available which achieve the same legitimate use.</p><p>Ensuring legislation covering the use of substances listed in Part 3 of Schedule 1A to the Poisons Act 1972 including acid and other corrosives is fit for purpose, that it is understood and consistently applied.</p>

star this property answer text <p>With regards to the number of call-handling staff employed by the Action Fraud helpline:</p><p>• As of December 2015 there were69.78 FTEs</p><p>• As of May 2015 there were 81.92 FTEs</p><p>• As of November 2014 there were 84.67 FTEs</p><p>With regards to the number of frontline staff employed by the National Fraud Intelligence Bureau (NFIB): The NFIB is overseen by the City of London Police, it is not a public facing part of the Force, so does not employ any frontline staff.</p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>Information on asylum claimants is held on both the asylum case file and the main immigration database. This will include personal details of claimants and relatives such as claimed dates and places of birth, claimed religion, claimed ethnicity, as well as details of their asylum claims. The way this information is stored is such that it is often not possible to report on these information fields without conducting a manual search of both paper and electronic records. Therefore, we cannot identify how many asylum claims have been granted or refused leave from specific parts of countries of origin or as a result of political opinion<br>Published data relating to the outcomes of asylum claims from each country (including Cameroon) can be found in tab as_02 at volume 1 of the quarterly Immigration Statistics release:<br><a href="https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/immigration-statistics-year-ending-march-2018/list-of-tables#asylum" target="_blank">https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/immigration-statistics-year-ending-march-2018/list-of-tables#asylum</a></p>
