However, we are still considering requests from the Pharmaceutical Services Negotiating Committee for January. The concessionary prices granted for each month can be found on the website of the NHS Business Services Authority.</p><p> </p><p>In primary care, concessionary prices ensure that patients continue to get their medication and community pharmacists are reimbursed fairly if the price of a generic medicine suddenly increases and community pharmacies cannot purchase the medicine at the price listed in the Drug Tariff. The sudden increase in a price may be the consequence of a supply issue but may have other causes including normal market forces leading to prices going up. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 26/06/2023 answer text <p>We are committed to improving sexual heath in England and have published our HIV Action Plan in 2021 which sets out our ambitions and actions to achieve no new HIV transmission in England by 2030. Great progress has been made during the first year of its implementation, as set out by the annual report to Parliament published on 7 June, and we are considering the next steps needed to continue improving the sexual health of the whole population.</p><p>As part of this plan, we are investing more than £3.5 million from 2021 to 2024 to deliver the National HIV Prevention Programme for England, including National HIV Testing Week and other campaigns to improve information and testing for HIV and other STIs.</p><p>Sexual health services (SHSs) play a key public health role in diagnosis, early treatment and management of STIs and we are providing more than £3.5 billion to local authorities through the public health grant to fund public health services, including SHSs, in this financial year. The priority is to promote the quality of life of people living with HIV and to reduce stigma. Reducing stigma and promoting quality of life are key themes in the monitoring and evaluation framework. A baseline indicator, taken from the Positive Voices Survey for a quality of life measure was presented in the Monitoring and Evaluation Framework as 7.4 out of 10 for people living with HIV, compared to 7.7 out of 10 in the general population.</p><p> </p><p>The framework will continue to monitor and evaluate the quality of life measure from this baseline. The framework states that further work will be undertaken with the HIV Action Plan Implementation Steering Group and with professional groups, the HIV community and academic partners to develop indicators to monitor quality of life for those living with HIV. It is anticipated that these indicators will be aligned with UNAIDS’ 2025 AIDS Targets, which include an assessment of punitive laws and policies and targets of less than 10% of people living with HIV experiencing stigma and discrimination and less than 10% experiencing gender inequality and violence.</p><p> </p><p>The monitoring and evaluation framework was published in December 2022 and included a place holder indicator of quality of life using the positive voices survey. The framework sets out a commitment to further develop this indicator to monitor the quality of life with key stakeholders including the HIV community.
