	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 27/06/2022 answer text <p>Education is a devolved matter, and the response outlines the information for England only.</p><p> </p><p>Apprenticeships are a great way for women to receive high-quality training and begin or progress in a career in engineering or mechanics. There are over 80 occupationally specific apprenticeship standards available in these sectors, such as digital engineering technician at level 3 and electro-mechanical engineer at level 6. The Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education ensures that all standards have a gender-neutral language approach, to ensure that they are appealing to both women and men.</p><p> </p><p>The department has no plans to introduce a specialised apprenticeship scheme for women. Impartiality, and in particular political impartiality, is one of the fundamental values of the Civil Service. Impartiality means all civil servants must serve the Government, whatever its political persuasion, to the best of their ability.</p><p> </p><p>Civil servants working for the Scottish and Welsh Governments, and their agencies, have their own versions of the code. Contracting authorities in Northern Ireland are included within the scope of the Bill, so companies registered in Northern Ireland will be able to compete for opportunities from those authorities as well as those on the UK mainland. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 20/10/2023 answer text <p>The UK Government does not hold this information and is a matter for the Northern Ireland Civil Service.</p><p>However, we are committed to combatting fraud through prevention, detection and taking action against those who commit it.</p><p>The Cabinet Office worked with HM Treasury to launch the Public Sector Fraud Authority (PSFA) in August 2022. The PSFA is the government’s centre of expertise and works with ministerial departments and public bodies to understand and reduce the impact of public sector fraud. The PSFA provides counter fraud data analytics capability through the National Fraud Initiative (NFI) to public bodies including those in Northern Ireland. Between 1 April 2020 and 31 March 2022, the NFI achieved £4.4 million of counter fraud savings through the prevention or recovery of fraud in Northern Ireland.</p><p>The Rt Hon. It is for the Northern Ireland Policing Board (NIPB) to monitor and provide oversight of PSNI performance.</p><p>The PSNI and the NIPB commissioned an independent review into the data breach and a report was published on 11 December 2023.</p><p>The Government’s focus following the data breaches of August 2023 was on providing specialist support and expertise to the PSNI in its handling of this issue. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 09/03/2020 answer text <p>The Ministry of Justice, alongside our partners on this agenda at the Home Office, have engaged extensively with the devolved administrations on the development of the Domestic Abuse Bill.</p><p>The measures in the Bill relate to devolved matters in Scotland and Northern Ireland, however, with the agreement of the Scottish Cabinet Secretary for Justice and the Northern Ireland Minister of Justice, the Bill as introduced on 3 March 2020 includes measures extending the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the criminal courts in Scotland and Northern Ireland to certain violent and sexual offences. The Scottish Cabinet Secretary for Justice and the Northern Ireland Minister of Justice have confirmed that they will seek approval from the Scottish Parliament and Northern Ireland Assembly respectively for a legislative consent motion in relation to these provisions.</p><p>The matters to which the provisions of the Bill relate are not within the legislative competence of the National Assembly for Wales.
