	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 28/10/2014 answer text <p>Military assistance in Colombia has been provided over many years and the issue of human rights is closely examined before any military assistance to Colombia is approved. The UK has provided expertise and advice to the Colombian Armed Forces on the subjects of international humanitarian law and human rights during military operations at a number of seminars and conferences.<br><br>My right hon. Friend the previous Foreign Secretary (William Hague) raised the issue of human rights with President Santos and Defence Minister Pinzon in February. He welcomed the Colombian Government’s commitment to zero tolerance of human rights abuses and underlined the importance of taking action on threats to human rights defenders and trade unionists. My right hon. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 13/11/2018 answer text <p>As stated in the answer to Question <a href="https://www.parliament.uk/business/publications/written-questions-answers-statements/written-question/Commons/2018-10-09/177314/" target="_blank">177314</a>, work is already underway to accelerate the roll-out of electronic prescribing and medicines administration systems across the National Health Service in England. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 13/11/2018 answer text <p>The Department works with NHS Improvement, NHS England, the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA), Public Health England, and the Medication Safety Officer Network to improve the safety of medicine use across the National Health Service in England.</p><p> </p><p>The Medication Safety Programme, covering the NHS in England, has been established to take up the World Health Organization’s (WHO) global challenge to reduce the incidence of severe and avoidable harm in relation to medication globally by 50% over five years. Prevalence and Economic Burden of Medication Errors in the NHS in England was published in February 2018.</p><p> </p><p>This study estimated a range of costs to the NHS depending on which costs are included in the analysis. The range is from a baseline of £98.5 million per annum. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 15/11/2018 answer text <p>As set out in the White Paper the UK proposes a UK-EU free trade area for goods, to ensure continued frictionless access at the border to each other’s markets, with no tariffs, underpinned by an upfront commitment to a common rulebook on goods, including agri-food and a Facilitated Customs Arrangement to avoid customs checks and controls at our borders.</p><p>However, in the unlikely event of a no deal scenario, trade with the EU will be on non-preferential, WTO terms. This means that most favoured nation (MFN) tariffs would apply to consignments between the UK and EU.</p><p>The EU MFN rates are set out in the EU's Common Customs Tariff (CCT). The EU may change these rates between now and March 2019, but this provides an indication.</p><p>The UK will apply its MFN rates to goods imported into the UK from the EU. The government will determine and publish these new UK duty rates before we leave the EU. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 16/11/2018 answer text <p>The Government is committed to preventing drug use in our communities and supporting people through treatment and recovery and we expect to make an announcement about the Recovery Champion in due course.</p><p>We have established a Drug Strategy Board which includes representation from Government departments and wider partners who are critical to the successful delivery of the Strategy, including those in education, health, criminal justice, housing and employment. The Board is chaired by the Home Secretary and its purpose is to oversee and drive implementation of the commitments in the 2017 Drug Strategy. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 16/11/2018 answer text <p>Nationally, the Government is already delivering a range of actions through the 2017 Drug Strategy to prevent drug misuse in our communities, support people to recover from dependence on drugs, and support enforcement partners to tackle the illicit drug trade.</p><p>We have established a Home Secretary-chaired Board which includes representation from Government departments and wider partners that are critical to drive implementation of the commitments in the 2017 Drug Strategy.</p><p>However, we recognise there is still further to go to tackle the problems caused by drugs, which is why the Home Secretary recently announced an independent review of drugs.
