	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 15/07/2019 answer text <p>This Government is committed to preventing mental illness and improving health outcomes for new parents and their children.</p><p>The NHS Long Term Plan commits to improving access to and the quality of perinatal mental health care for mothers, their partners and children with the ambition to increase access to perinatal mental health services to an additional 30,000 women by 2020/21, with a further 24,000 women to be able to access specialist perinatal mental health care by 2023/24.</p><p>From April 2019, new and expectant parents are able to access specialist perinatal mental health community services across England. Specialist care will also be available from preconception to 24 months after birth, which will provide an extra year of support (care is currently provided from preconception to 12 months after birth).</p><p>The potential for a six week post-natal maternal health check for all mothers that includes questions relating to mental health, is the subject of further work by NHS England and NHS Improvement to establish a clearer picture of current practice in the area. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 15/07/2019 answer text <p>The Government has consulted with Members from all sides of the House on a range of issues relating to the UK’s withdrawal from, and future relationship with the EU.</p><p>If the UK leaves the EU without a deal, the UK would implement a temporary tariff regime that takes a balanced approach to support the UK economy as a whole. It will maintain open trade on the majority of UK imports, to support consumers and business supply chains, but retain necessary tariff protection for particular sectors of the UK economy. This would apply for up to 12 months while a full consultation, and review on a permanent approach, is undertaken.</p><p>As a responsible government we’ve been preparing to minimise any disruption in the event of no deal for over three years. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 15/07/2019 answer text <p>In October 2018, the Accelerated Access Collaborative (AAC) announced it was supporting the uptake of 12 high performing products, with the potential to improve the lives of up to 500,000 patients per year and save the National Health Service £30 million per year in England. This may include those which help control hospital-acquired infections.</p><p>The AAC has already had made significant progress towards getting the best innovations to patients quicker and at a better cost for the NHS.</p><p>Since 2018, NHS England has been supporting SecurAcath and Plus Sutures, products designed to reduce infection rates, on the Innovation and Technology Payment programme. SecurAcath is a device to secure catheters that reduces the infection risk for patients with a peripherally inserted central catheter and has benefited over 80,000 patients. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 11/07/2019 answer text <p>The UK is preparing to strengthen its trade ties with international partners, including China and India post EU-exit.</p><p> </p><p>In January 2018, the UK and China launched a Joint Trade and Investment Review to explore options to enhance their trade and investment relationship, without pre-judging outcomes. My Rt Hon. Friend the Secretary of State for International Trade visited China five times in 2018 to discuss our ambition for a strong trade partnership.</p><p> </p><p>The UK-India Joint Trade Review, announced during the Prime Minister’s visit to India in 2016, has helped us better understand the UK-India trade relationship. In April 2018, both Prime Ministers agreed to forge a new trade partnership, to take forward recommendations from the Review. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 09/07/2019 answer text <p>The Prime Minister recently announced that tailored advice will be provided to parents on supporting their children’s mental health and well-being, including information on subjects such as stress, screen time, online bullying, body image and self-harm. This will be developed by Public Health England by 2020. This will accompany advice provided to children and young people through Public Health England’s Rise Above programme on dealing with difficult emotions and situations that can lead to problems such as stress, bullying and self-harm.</p><p> </p><p>We are aware of a rise in young people self-harming, which is why we included a new key area for action to address self-harming in the cross-Government National Suicide Prevention Strategy in 2017. The National Planning Policy Framework expects planning authorities to have specific policies to address the housing needs of older people and we have recently published new guidance to help councils implement these policies.</p><p>The Framework expects local planning authorities to use the Government’s standards for accessible and adaptable housing when preparing their plans, where this would address an identified need. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 09/07/2019 answer text <p>As outlined in our Digital Strategy and Charter, our ambition is to ensure the UK is the best place in the world to start and grow a digital business.</p><p>Support is in place to help small, early stage companies raise equity finance through the Seed Enterprise Investment Scheme, which offers tax reliefs to individual investors who purchase new shares in those companies. It complements the Enterprise Investment Scheme, which offers tax reliefs to investors in high risk and growing companies. The Seed Enterprise Investment Scheme is intended to recognise the particular difficulties which very early stage companies face in attracting investment, by offering tax relief at a higher rate.</p><p>Tech Nation, which receives grant funding from DCMS, provides a range of resources to support the growth of digital businesses in the UK.
