	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 15/05/2019 answer text <p>We have been clear that we want all EU nationals, including those working in the NHS and the care sector, to stay in the UK after we leave the EU.</p><p><br>In December 2018, the Government set out its proposals in “The UK’s future Skills-based Immigration System” White Paper. The White Paper proposals include a new route for skilled workers which will be open to anyone at RQF level 3 and above, irrespective of where they are applying from. This route will not be capped allowing all of those who meet our requirements to come to the UK and we intend to abolish the existing Resident Labour Market Test for highly skilled roles.</p><p><br>The White Paper also includes, as a transitional measure, a temporary workers route which will be open to anyone from qualifying countries, wishing to fill positions at any skill level, for up to 12 months. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 15/05/2019 answer text <p>The Getting It Right First Time (GIRFT) programme aims to drive improvements in medical and surgical specialties through clinical leadership and the use of data to identify and reduce unwarranted variation in practice. By tackling variations in the way services are delivered across the National Health Service, and by sharing best practice between trusts, GIRFT identifies changes that will help improve care and patient outcomes, as well as delivering efficiencies such as the reduction of unnecessary procedures and cost savings.</p><p>Although there are no specific plans to include haemophilia as a condition area in the GIRFT programme currently, the ambition is that GIRFT will continue to expand to other medical specialities. Currently, areas are prioritised based on opportunity for improvements in patient care, suspected degree of variation and wide strategic priorities. All plans submitted to the Planning Inspectorate after 24 January 2019 will need to comply with the revised Framework. We will publish new planning guidance shortly that will provide advice to authorities about implementing this policy. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 09/05/2019 answer text <p>Sexual harassment is completely unacceptable - both inside and outside the workplace - and unlawful under the Equality Act 2010 and Protection from Harassment Act 1997.</p><p> </p><p>We are working with the Equality and Human Rights Commission on a new statutory code of practice on sexual harassment, due this year. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 09/05/2019 answer text <p>Influenza vaccination is offered to those at higher risk from flu, including older people, pregnant women, and those with certain underlying medical conditions. Based on advice from the Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation, the range of recommended flu vaccines for different patient groups has been extended for 2019/20 and these should provide better protection.</p><p>Since 2013/14, the flu vaccination to children has been introduced in a phased roll-out. This programme provides protection to the children themselves and reduces flu transmission. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 09/05/2019 answer text <p>National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) requirements for breast cancer follow-up include annual mammography to all people with breast cancer until they enter the NHS Breast Screening Programme in England. People diagnosed with breast cancer who are already eligible for screening should have annual mammography for five years.</p><p>NICE requirements also include clinical follow-up for people who have had treatment for breast cancer, which is a written care plan that is agreed with a healthcare professional.
