The latter, reporting to the Ministry of Justice, has received 18 applications related to fatalities since its introduction, on 27 November 2012, and has paid £228,807 across eight successful claims, with seven claims still in process. We take swift and robust action for each suspected or positive case. There should be no assumption that a positive case indicates that there has been transmission within a court or tribunal building. 98% of our 341 buildings are open and operational. HMCTS employs around 18,800 staff and there are around 19,400 judicial office holders.</p><p> </p><p>Between the 18 August and 12 November confirmed positive COVID-19 cases reported to HMCTS are as We take swift and robust action for each suspected or positive case. There should be no assumption that a positive case indicates that there has been transmission within a court or tribunal building. 98% of our 341 buildings are open and operational. HMCTS employs around 18,800 staff and there are around 19,400 judicial office holders.</p><p> </p><p>Between the 18 August and 12 November confirmed positive COVID-19 cases reported to HMCTS are as The Maturity Screening Tool allows practitioners to identify young adult men with lower levels of maturity who are most in need of support.</p><p>The Choices and Change Resource Pack can be used with young adult men to support the development of psychosocial maturity. It is important to note that there are a range of accredited programmes available, which young adult men can access if they meet the suitability criteria in terms of risk, need and responsivity factors. The screening tool can be completed at a number of stages, including as a pre-sentence report or as part of sentence planning. An individual’s history, including adverse childhood experiences, can also be noted. It is likely that the impact of these operational restrictions will continue to affect subsequent periods as numbers recover to the levels seen before the pandemic.</p><p>(3) Data refers to court reports prepared rather than individuals, therefore, the same individual may be counted more than once.</p><p>(4) Age on sentence date.</p><p> </p><p>For <strong>part (a)</strong> of <strong>PQ 166405,</strong> the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) can only provide figures on the number of young adults receiving a pre-sentence report. The Maturity Screening Tool allows practitioners to identify young adult men with lower levels of maturity who are most in need of support.</p><p>The Choices and Change Resource Pack can be used with young adult men to support the development of psychosocial maturity. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 30/11/2023 answer text <p>Work is underway to implement recommendations in Baroness Hollins’ final report and to improve outcomes for people with a learning disability and autistic people through reducing use of restrictive practices.</p><p> </p><p>The HOPE(S) training programme, which aims to embed good practice across inpatient services and reduce the use of long-term segregation and restrictive practices, is in place, currently piloted until 2024, and will be independently evaluated.</p><p> </p><p>The programme of independent reviews will continue, now led by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), to preserve regulatory oversight and support people to less restrictive settings and discharge to the community. CQC are finalising their methodology, quality, and governance processes.</p><p> </p><p>Progress is also being made on proposals to make changes to the CQC regulations, which would be subject to Parliamentary approval, to improve reporting and notifications by providers to CQC on use of restrictive practices.</p><p> </p><p>Additionally, NHS England’s Mental Health, Learning Disability and Autism Inpatient Quality Transformation Programme was established in 2022 and aims to make improvements in quality and safety, so that patients experience good and meaningful care. The UK regularly urges the Israeli authorities to intensify measures to support Gaza’s reconstruction and economic development. We are also urging Egypt, which has played an important role in encouraging the international community to support the reconstruction of Gaza, to show maximum flexibility in opening the Rafah crossing. We receive regular representations from the Palestinian Authority on rebuilding of homes in Gaza, and have urged the Palestinian Authority to take steps to return to Gaza.</p><p>The UK is also supporting the temporary Gaza Reconstruction Mechanism to facilitate the import of construction materials into Gaza.
