From the 26 inspections undertaken specifically on workforce engagement, some 50+ non-compliance issues have been raised, formally in writing, with duty holders.</p><p> </p><p>HSE’s offshore inspection web page provides information on how HSE conducts inspections, what is expected of duty holders and guidance for the industry. It can be found at: <a href="http://www.hse.gov.uk/offshore/inspection.htm" target="_blank">http://www.hse.gov.uk/offshore/inspection.htm</a>.</p><p> </p><p>The level of enforcement is determined by the application of HSE’s Enforcement Management Model.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>Compliance with SI 971 was subject to an inspection project during 2010 by HSE. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 06/09/2017 answer text <p>We want pension schemes to take account of all financial long-term risks when making investment decisions, and we therefore welcome the Law Commission’s report.</p><p>We are concerned that some investment decisions may be made with short-term considerations in mind. This can exclude consideration of options that take account of longer term financial factors, such as those arising from material environmental, social and governance (ESG) risks.</p><p>We are concerned that some investment decisions may not appropriately take into account longer term financial factors, such as those arising from material environmental, social and governance (ESG) risks.</p><p>One of the key recommendations is for trustees and providers to clearly distinguish financial risk factors – which must be taken account of; and non-financial (ethical) factors – which can be taken account if certain conditions are met. We will consider afresh whether our current legislation is clear enough in light of the report.</p><p>However, we also wish to address some of the behavioural biases that may exist in the industry, such as the assumption that social motivation and good investment returns are not compatible.</p><p>In line with the protocol agreed by the Lord Chancellor with the Law Commission, we aim to provide an interim response to both the 5 recommendations and the 11 options for reform by December 2017. This may include contacting the claimant’s healthcare professional.</p><p> </p><p>We are taking a slow, measured approach to managed migration and this will allow for on-going evaluation of the process to ensure that it is working successfully and will allow us to refine our methods to support claimants.</p><p> </p><p>Where it is identified that existing benefit claimants are vulnerable or have complex needs and they have not made a new UC claim by the deadline day, their existing benefit claims are not terminated. These people would see their State Pension age increased by up to one year.</p><p> </p><p>For those who can work longer, doing so brings benefits both for individuals, through sustaining social networks and boosting subsequent retirement income, and for the economy. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 26/11/2018 answer text <p>Universal Credit (UC) advances are available to claimants as a form of budgeting support, allowing them to better manage their finances. In most cases an advance would be repaid through a series of monthly deductions from their ongoing UC entitlement. The claimant is able to select the amount of time over which they repay their advance, currently up to a maximum of 12 months.</p><p> </p><p>If an advance is not recovered from the associated benefit claim because the claim ends or there was no entitlement to that benefit, the outstanding balance is treated as if it were an overpayment and referred to the Department’s Debt Management team to arrange recovery.</p><p> </p><p>Where a debtor dies and leaves outstanding Social Security debt, the Department becomes a creditor of the estate and will then make a claim for these debts from the estate.
