We do however provide funding to specialist external partners, Lucie Blackman Trust and Victim Support, who can provide practical support to bereaved families. The latter, reporting to the Ministry of Justice, has received 18 applications related to fatalities since its introduction, on 27 November 2012, and has paid £228,807 across eight successful claims, with seven claims still in process. Officials from our Embassy in Tel Aviv have raised our concerns over the Israel Defence Force’s use of live fire in Gaza with the Israeli Government. From the 26 inspections undertaken specifically on workforce engagement, some 50+ non-compliance issues have been raised, formally in writing, with duty holders.</p><p> </p><p>HSE’s offshore inspection web page provides information on how HSE conducts inspections, what is expected of duty holders and guidance for the industry. It can be found at: <a href="http://www.hse.gov.uk/offshore/inspection.htm" target="_blank">http://www.hse.gov.uk/offshore/inspection.htm</a>.</p><p> </p><p>The level of enforcement is determined by the application of HSE’s Enforcement Management Model.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>Compliance with SI 971 was subject to an inspection project during 2010 by HSE. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 24/06/2019 answer text <p>Workers within the offshore oil and gas industry in internal or territorial waters, or working regarding exploitation of the continental shelf, are entitled to the same protections as UK workers. This includes receiving the National Minimum Wage for all their work on installation, construction and maintenance, regardless of nationality or where they ordinarily work. As with all other workers, their terms and conditions of employment are for negotiation and agreement between employers and employees (or their representatives). Once agreed they form a legally binding contract of employment. While it is always open to either party to seek to renegotiate the terms of the contract, if the employer changes any of the terms without the employee’s agreement, the employee may be entitled to seek legal redress.</p><p> </p><p>Agency workers’ rights conferred by the Agency Worker Regulations 2010 are self-enforced at an Employment Tribunal.
