star this property answer text <p> </p><p>There are currently 3 members of staff, three percent of the workforce, employed by my Department who are declared disabled, and who received a performance assessment for 2013/14. Given the small numbers involved, it would not be appropriate to provide any further breakdown as to do so would risk the identification of the individuals concerned.</p><p>For staff grades A to F, who are due to receive their 2013/14 annual performance assessment; 13% of staff have received an outstanding box marking, 86% percent received a good box marking and 1% received a must improve box marking for the 2013/14 reporting year.</p><p> </p> more like this

star this property answer text <p /> <p>We are currently taking steps to improve the scheme and will continue to monitor its effectiveness so that it continues to meet its aim of providing a contribution towards the cost of a funeral. For example staff are working with the Bereavement Service, the main conduit of initial applications, to ensure where possible they collect all the required evidence and information at the earliest possible juncture, smoothing and improving the process for claimants. On-going improvements such as this ensure claims are dealt with in a timely and consistent manner and are in the best interests of those needing the scheme’s support.</p> more like this

star this property answer text <p /> <p>The French Government treats its French Overseas Departments<em> (départments d’outre mer</em> or DOMs) as integral parts of the French State and so they are not subject to any separate rules relating to the application of EU social security co-ordination.</p><p> </p><p>Winter Fuel Payments are currently available to those entitled in the DOMs, and are not restricted to UK citizens but are available to all EU residents who have an entitlement to a UK Winter Fuel Payment.</p><p> </p><p>The calculation of the average winter temperatures for Spain and Portugal also includes these countries’ respective, relevant overseas territories, where the same EU social security coordination rules apply.</p> more like this
