All data have been taken from the MoJ extract of the Police National Computer. This includes details of all convictions, cautions, reprimands or warnings given for recordable offences (see www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2000/1139/schedule/made for definition).</em></p><p><em>2. Figures are based on counting all occasions where an offender was given a conviction for an offence whilst on bail and prosecuted by the police forces in England and Wales including the British Transport Police. If an offender has more than one occasion in 2014 then each occasion will be included in the table.</em></p><p><em>3. Extreme care should be taken when interpreting these figures. Information held centrally by the Ministry of Justice regarding offences committed on bail is known to have inaccuracies and does not necessarily represent all the facts in each individual case.
