This requires the Department to prepare and publish an impact assessment only when the net costs to business are greater than £1 million per year. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 22/10/2015 answer text <p><strong></strong></p><p>The majority of grants made under section 64 of the Health Services and Public Health Act 1968 are awarded through competed schemes where the assessment criteria are published.
