<p>I have regular discussions with Scottish Government ministers on a wide range of issues that are important to Scotland’s economic performance. The Scottish Government must work with us on ensuring that Scotland’s economy thrives, but making Scotland the highest taxed part of the UK is setting the wrong signal.</p>
