	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 11/09/2017 answer text <p>The provisions of Regulation 1071/2009 have been directly applicable in the UK since 2011.</p><p> </p><p>Following a recent DVSA decision letter to a community transport operator about their non-compliance with legal operating requirements, my Department issued a 31 July letter to permit-issuing bodies to clarify principles that they should have regard to.</p><p> </p><p>The Department for Transport intends to conduct a public consultation in the autumn, which will set out the changes needed to guidance and legislation, on the issue and use of section 19 and section 22 permits. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 16/03/2017 answer text <p>The Department is investing over £24bn in school buildings from 2016- 2021 to maintain schools, rebuild and replace buildings in the worst condition, and ensure there are enough school places in the system. This includes over £10 billion allocated for maintaining and improving the condition of the school estate from 2016-2021.</p><p>Hampshire County Council received £19,367,940 in school condition allocations in 2015-16 and £19,370,943 in 2016-17 which allows them to make localised decisions to address their individual priorities such as maintaining the condition of their school estate. These are indicative of the allocation Hampshire will receive in 2017-18, which will be announced shortly. These figures do not include school condition allocations to multi-academy trusts with schools in Hampshire.</p><p>While this funding is not aimed specifically at SCOLA schools, it is allocated using a formula which takes into account data on the condition of school buildings gathered through the Property Data Survey.</p><p>The Department is updating its information on the condition of the school estate through the Condition Data Collection, which will provide information on areas of the highest condition need and drive our approach on how we invest in order to target them.</p><p>Schools in Hampshire have also received £5,009,333 in devolved formula capital in 2016-17. Fifteen academies in Hampshire also bid successfully for funding through the Condition Improvement Fund last year. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 20/03/2017 answer text <p>The Education Funding Agency (EFA) will collect information on the condition of Second Consortium of Local Authorities (SCOLA) school buildings in Hampshire and North East Hampshire as part of the Condition Data Collection (CDC) programme. The CDC will run from 2017 to autumn 2019 and is a high-level, visual and non-invasive collection of consistent condition information for all government funded schools in England. It is the successor to the Property Data Survey (PDS) which collected condition information on the education estate between 2012 and 2014.</p><p>The CDC will assess the condition of school buildings and how they have changed since the PDS but it will not provide any assessment of the effect on educational provision or outcomes. The CDC will provide the EFA with an improved and up to date evidence base which will help inform future funding allocations and help direct investment to the areas with the greatest condition need. Around 1.8m people have claimed the allowance to date.</p><p> </p><p>Our current best estimate assessment of the initial cost of this allowance is £140m in 2015-16, but this does not include the impact of any expected future claims, which can be backdated to this year. The total cost of this allowance is forecast to rise to £385m in 2015-16 once these claims are taken into account.</p><p> </p><p>An estimate of the initial cost of this allowance for 2016-17 will not be available until the end of the tax year. We forecast an eventual cost to the exchequer of £425m, once all backdated claims are taken into account.</p><p> </p><p>HM Treasury does not hold information relating to the income deciles of claimants or successful applicants of the Marriage Allowance. Previous analysis of the total eligible population has shown the majority of the benefits of this policy go to the bottom half of the income distribution.
