answer text <p>The following table shows the amount of outstanding child maintenance arrears. This has been split into that which was arranged by the CMS, and maintenance which was arranged under the Child Support Agency (CSA), which is either still held on CSA systems or the arrears have been transitioned to the CMS to be collected.</p><p> </p><p>The data for outstanding arrears under the Child Maintenance Service (CMS) is up to the end of March 2019. The data for outstanding arrears under the Child Support Agency (CSA), still held on CSA systems, is up to the end of December 2018.
