	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 04/05/2016 answer text <p>All three statutory maintenance schemes allow the Secretary of State to revise any maintenance liability decision found to be incorrect as a result of misrepresentation by either parent. There is no timescale within which the misrepresentation must be discovered, before a revision may be completed.</p><p> </p><p>Under the 2012 scheme, in the first instance maintenance is assessed using historic income information from HMRC. Annual reviews are carried out using HMRC income data and liabilities are adjusted accordingly. Over the lifetime of a case changes to income should therefore be reflected appropriately.</p><p> </p><p>Where an individual is assessed on current income, they are obliged to inform the Child Maintenance Service of any increase to their income of 25% or over. If they fail to do so and the Child Maintenance Service subsequently becomes aware of an increase in their income, the Secretary of State may still calculate a new assessment, taking effect at the point the income increased.</p><p> </p><p>Any arrears that result from such “retrospective” action will nonetheless be due and CMS will take enforcement action if the Paying Parent does not arrange to pay them themselves. The Foreign and Commonwealth Office also produces<a href="https://www.gov.uk/government/collections/death-abroad-bereavement-packs" target="_blank"> country-specific bereavement packs,</a> with practical information for bereaved families, including lists of local and international funeral directors and information on legal processes in other countries. If a bereaved family cannot repatriate the body of their deceased relative for any reason, consular staff can provide information on the cost of local burial or cremation and help transfer money from friends and relatives in the UK to pay any necessary costs. The Foreign and Commonwealth Office is unable to pay any burial, cremation or repatriation expenses or settle any debts. Families should look, in the first instance, to insurers to cover the cost. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 19/01/2017 answer text <p>Improving mobile connectivity across the whole of the UK is a priority for the Government. The Ofcom licence obligations arising from the December 2014 agreement mean that the four Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) have a legally binding obligation to provide voice/SMS text coverage to at least 90% of the UK’s landmass by end-2017. Additionally Telefonica (O2) has a licence obligation to deliver indoor 4G coverage to 98% of UK premises (95% in Scotland and the other Devolved Administrations.) The Digital Economy Bill, currently going through Parliament, will give the regulator Ofcom the power to issue large fines to mobile phone companies who fail to meet their licence obligations.</p><p> </p><p>The Government's agreement with the MNOs locked in investment of £5 billion and is delivering improved coverage across the UK. Ofcom's 2016 Connected Nations Report shows that 98% of Scottish premises now have indoor voice coverage and 62% have indoor 4G data coverage from all four MNOs (up from 22% in 2015). 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 11/10/2017 answer text <p>The Government knows how important tackling late payment is, especially for smaller businesses and has previously announced a package of measures to improve payment practices across the public and private sector.</p><p>The Reporting on Payment Practices and Performance Regulations 2017 came in to force this year.
