We are closely monitoring their progress against these and are taking action to drive up performance where this does not meet the required standards.</p><p> </p><p>We are aware that, in many cases, it is taking longer than we would like for claimants to have their assessments with Capita and Atos Healthcare. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 07/05/2014 answer text <p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>Section 5 of the Domestic Violence, Crime and Victims Act 2004 was enacted to deal with the situation where it was clear that one of a number of members of a household was responsible for the death of a child or vulnerable adult in that household but it could not be proved which one.</p><p> </p><p>This Government is committed to protecting the rights of children and vulnerable adults. Since 2010 those who commit a serious offence are more likely to go to prison and go for longer.
