	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 05/02/2016 answer text <p>We are aware of meetings this week in Geneva of the WHO International Health Regulations Emergency Committee, to consider whether the Zika outbreak should be designated a public health emergency of international concern. We are not aware of a connection being made with human trafficking. Were such a connection substantiated, it would be an added reason for taking firm action to eradicate this crime. Modern slavery is a global crime and requires a strong and collaborative international response. The Government's Modern Slavery Strategy commits the Government to tackle modern slavery by working with multi-lateral institutions, foreign governments, civil society organisations and faith groups. The Government and the Independent Anti-Slavery Commissioner have been successful in working with other Governments to include a commitment to end modern slavery in the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. The UK government successfully pushed for a Commonwealth Heads of Government commitment on this issue. His report of emerging findings published in February underlined the importance of education to an effective youth justice system. There is no military solution to the conflict and only a political solution can bring long-term stability to Yemen. The Yemeni parties must engage constructively and in good faith. The UK has played a leading role in diplomatic efforts, including bringing together key actors to seek a peaceful solution. As part of this, I hosted a Ministerial-level meeting with Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, US and UN Special Envoy at the UN General Assembly in September.</p><p>The UK also proposed the Presidential Statement passed at the UN Security Council in June this year, which called for an end to the fighting and a return to UN-led peace talks. We are now working with our international and regional partners to ensure that the Security Council's words are converted into action as a matter of urgency. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 16/10/2017 answer text <p>For both Child Benefit and Child Tax Credit (CTC), the law provides for one person – the person mainly responsible for the child – to receive the payments.</p><p> </p><p>Where parents separate, it is possible for them to jointly agree for Child Benefit to be paid to one parent and CTC to the other, or for one of them to claim both payments and then pay an agreed proportion to the other parent.</p><p> </p><p>Where parents cannot agree who should receive Child Benefit and CTC and make rival claims, the decision about who is entitled to such support is taken by HM Revenue &amp; Customs who consider all the facts in relation to each parent’s circumstances, based on the information provided by both parents.
