Year-to-Date, from April 2017, the DWP is achieving 96%. A number of complaints are complex and require advice and guidance from, for example, legal colleagues, and such cases can take longer than 15 days. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 11/09/2017 answer text <p>Since 1998 the Department occupies the majority of its accommodation under a Private Finance Initiative (PFI) known as the PRIME contract. Under the terms of this 20-year PFI, the Department contracts to occupy fully serviced accommodation from its private sector partner, Telereal Trillium.</p><p> </p><p>The leases for the buildings in question are included within the provisions of this PFI arrangement and are therefore not held by DWP, all vacant space not required is surrendered back to Telereal Trillium.</p><p> </p><p>We have co-locations where other local government organisations that work closely with the Department share our space and occupy under a licence, these are few and far between and no central records are kept.
