Year-to-Date, from April 2017, the DWP is achieving 96%. A number of complaints are complex and require advice and guidance from, for example, legal colleagues, and such cases can take longer than 15 days. The DWP therefore considers that the teams handling complaints for Personal Independence Payment are sufficiently staffed.</p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>Since 1998 the Department occupies the majority of its accommodation under a Private Finance Initiative (PFI) known as the PRIME contract. Under the terms of this 20-year PFI, the Department contracts to occupy fully serviced accommodation from its private sector partner, Telereal Trillium.</p><p> </p><p>Where space is identified as being surplus to our business requirements it is surrendered to Telereal Trillium who are responsible for the cost of any subsequent commercial sub- letting.</p> more like this
