	question text	To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, what proportion of contracts issued by his Department and contractors include provisions to impose, as between parties to the subcontract, that any payment due from the contractor to a subcontractor under the contract is to be made no later than the end of a period of 30 days from the date on which the relevant invoice is regarded as valid and undisputed, as required by the Public Contract Regulations 2015.

	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 15/11/2018 answer text <p>The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) standard and short form contractual Terms and Conditions ensure the department meets the requirements of the Public Contact Regulations 2015 by including clauses that a contractor shall pay the sub-contractor no later than thirty (30) days from the date on which the Authority has determined that the invoice is valid and undisputed. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 15/10/2015 answer text <p>This Government has an ambitious vision for disabled people, which is set out in our cross-government disability strategy: Fulfilling Potential which we published in 2013.</p><p>Fulfilling Potential aims to remove the barriers that disabled people face to enable them to fulfil their potential, live independently and have equal opportunities to play a full and active role in society.</p><p>We developed our approach with disabled people and it reflects what they have said is important to bring about the changes that will have a real and lasting impact on their day-to-day lives.</p><p>As part of our approach we are committed to continuing to provide support for those disabled people who need it, whilst enabling those who can work to do so. We continue to spend around £50 billion on services and benefits for disabled people.
