The programme is further supported by a specialist mix of external IT suppliers (who have assigned 102 people on the project) and contingent labour (of 105 people). During autumn 2018 HMRC undertook a full reprioritisation of their transformation programme to release capacity and capability for EU Exit work. The number of contractors and IT suppliers working on the programme has varied over time.
