star this property answer text <p><strong>In response to a) each specific grade</strong></p><p> </p><p>DWP published its Gender Pay Gap report showing an overall mean pay gap of 5.3%. As set out within the narrative of the report DWP is working hard towards reducing this pay gap further.</p><p><em> </em></p><p>Across our more junior grades we are transforming our pay structures, moving towards a single rate of pay within each grade, which currently results in a mean gender pay gap of 0.4% across grades AA-HEO. This will reduce even further as we start to reach these spot rates by 2019.</p><p> </p><p>The gender pay gap by grade is set out below. There are some minor differences in the scope between the ONS and GEO calculations, which can cause differences in the overall figures.</p><p> </p><p>The information on bonus pay by grade and the mean, median and bonus pay by profession is not readily available and can only be provided at disproportionate cost.</p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>The HS2 Ltd July 2017 route refinement advice (“High Speed Two Phase 2b Crewe to Manchester West Midlands to Leeds Route Refinements: HS2 Ltd’s Advice to Government”), sets out a number of sustainability impacts along the M18/Eastern route, the 2013 consulted Meadowhall route and the refined Meadowhall Route. The advice provides (i) comparisons of the number of properties within 100m on the M18/Eastern route and the refined Meadowhall route, (ii) the number of potential demolitions associated with the M18/Eastern route, the 2013 consultation Meadowhall route and the refined Meadowhall route and (iii) an appraisal of the number of households that could experience a noticeable noise impact across each route. star this property answer text <p>The Government is committed to tackling violence against women and girls (VAWG), which supports the wider work to address gender inequality and support female empowerment. In March 2016 we published an updated Ending VAWG Strategy, and we have made much progress since the original Call to End Violence against Women and Girls in 2010.</p><p>The Government has committed increased funding of £100million to 2020 to continue to provide a bedrock of critical services for VAWG, and to support a transformation in local service delivery to enable local areas to build coherent pathways of support for victims at every stage. In addition, the Queen’s speech committed to publishing a draft domestic abuse bill to protect and support victims, recognise the life-long impact domestic abuse has on children and make sure agencies effectively respond to domestic abuse.</p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>In accordance with the Equality Act 2010 (Specific Duties and Public Authorities) Regulations 2017, the Department published in December 2017 gender pay gap figures including mean gender pay gap in hourly pay, median gender pay gap in hourly pay, mean bonus gender pay gap, and median bonus gender pay gap in the publication Gender Pay Gap Report 2016-2017. These figures related to the core Department and its executive agencies.
