star this property answer text <p>There are a range of official meetings under the auspices of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change in the run-up to the Conference of Parties (COP21) in December 2015. The UK is represented at these by the Department for Energy and Climate Change (DECC) with support from the Foreign and Commonwealth Office. The delegation to the most recent meeting held in Geneva from 8 to 13 February was led by Peter Betts, Director International Climate Change at DECC.</p> more like this
