Rates are, therefore, only available for cohorts up until January to March 2017.</p><p>For those whose offences are linked to cannabis usage, NHS England and Local Health Boards in Wales, who are responsible for commissioning substance misuse services in prisons, offer a broad range of services to address substance misuse. It is for health providers to decide the appropriate treatment on a case by case basis.</p><p>Further, for prisons in England the updated April 2018 NHS England Substance Misuse Service Specification for prisons sets out evidence-based services that should be commissioned to address the health and justice needs of prisoners, including the prevention of re-offending.</p><p>Those convicted of possession, production or supply of cannabis may also be suitable for an accredited offending behaviour programme or similar intervention which addresses needs related to an individual’s offending, for example attitudes, thinking and behaviour.</p><p>In addition, we are addressing some of the barriers to rehabilitation through the Education and Employment strategy we published last May. The Barnett Formula will have been applied to all changes to the DCMS budget at both Spending Reviews and at Fiscal Events in the normal way as set out in the Statement of Funding Policy.</p><p> </p><p>Companies from across the country have been directly engaged in legacy infrastructure and projects - for example, South Wales based Pro Steel were awarded contracts as part of the transformation of the Olympic Stadium roof post-2012 Games, they secured a £1m loan to enable them to compete for the work from Finance Wales. Pro Steel were also awarded a subcontract by BAM Nuttal for transformation work in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park post games consisting of re-purposing and construction of a bridge in the north of the Park near the Velodrome. They were also awarded the contract to make modifications and strengthening works to another bridge, and supply and installation of a third bridge.</p><p> </p><p>Last week I met with my counterparts in Wales and Scotland to discuss the many opportunities the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games presents to the whole of the UK. The group’s overall conclusion was that although a substantial amount of research has been conducted in this area, there is no convincing evidence that electromagnetic field exposures below guideline levels cause health effects in either adults or children. The guideline levels are those of the International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection, as used in the United Kingdom. Public Health England has committed to keeping emerging evidence under review and preparing another comprehensive review when sufficient new evidence has accumulated. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 20/02/2019 answer text <p>‘Category A Heritage Tree’ is an industry standard for undertaking arboricultural assessments, as set out in British Standard (BS) 5837 of 2012 on ‘Trees in relation to design, demolition and construction’ policy.</p><p> </p><p>As this is an industry standard rather than an official Government one, central Government does not keep records of how many such trees there are.</p><p> </p><p>The Government is currently consulting on a ‘Duty to Report’ on tree planting and felling for local government. This is a volunteer database, with verified records, which does not have complete or consistent coverage across the UK.</p><p> </p><p>Records for trees protected through Tree Preservation Orders (TPO) are held by local authorities, not by central government.
