answer text <p>Monitoring the market for misselling is the responsibility of the regulators, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the Pensions Regulator. The FCA, in line with its remit to protect consumers and ensure markets function in consumers’ interests, has specifically committed to monitoring developments in the retirement income market closely and to take action where consumers are coming to harm or where the market is not operating competitively.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>Alongside this the Treasury has launched a consultation looking at options to address excessive charges for early exit penalties, and making the process for transferring pensions from one scheme to another quicker and smoother.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>The Government remains in close contact with the regulators, and other organisations such as industry trade bodies, on these issues.</p><p> </p> more like this

answer text <p>The pension freedoms introduced on 6 April mean that the 320,000 individuals retiring each year with defined contribution pension savings are able to access them as they wish, and around 2 million people aged over 55 now have more options when they retire. Data for the proportion of people who have used the freedoms following a Pension Wise appointment is not collected.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>As announced on 21 July, nearly 18,000 free Pension Wise guidance appointments over the phone and face to face are being delivered and more than 925,000 people have used the Pension Wise website, with many people returning to the site regularly.</p><p> </p> more like this

answer text <p>The RAF does not routinely give individual aircraft names and there is no formal protocol or regulation regarding the naming of RAF aircraft. answer text <p>Prestwick Airport is used by the RAF as a stopping point en route to North America and for training purposes. In the current financial year, to date, it is estimated that approximately £326,000 has been spent on landing and handling fees.</p><p>The airport is also used infrequently by other parts of defence, such as Joint Helicopter Command, but information regarding this usage is not held centrally and could be provided only at disproportionate cost.</p> more like this

answer text <p>In co-chairing the Call to Action States and Donors Working Group, DFID uses its influence to further advance the Call to Action Road Map of commitments. DFID is a member of the Global Steering Committee of the Real Time Accountability Partnership (RTAP) for protection from Gender Based Violence in emergencies which puts Call to Action commitments into practise. We have integrated Call to Action commitments on preventing violence against women and girls into our humanitarian funding mechanisms, core funding to multilateral agencies as well as bilateral funding to international NGOs through the Rapid Response Facility (RRF).</p><p> </p> more like this
