answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 19/01/2024 answer text <p>To deliver the mental health commitments in the NHS Long Term Plan and help reduce waiting times, our aim is to grow the mental health workforce nationally by an additional 27,000 professionals by March 2024.</p><p>Accredited counsellors and psychotherapists constitute a significant proportion of the NHS Talking Therapies workforce. A collaborative campaign to encourage accredited counsellors and psychotherapists to apply to work in NHS Talking Therapies services has been developed by NHS England with several of the counselling and psychotherapy professional bodies. The manifesto commitment to get one million more disabled people in work by 2027 gives us a clear, ambitious, and time bound goal.</p><p> </p><p>We set out our continued commitment to improving employment rates for disabled people and people with long-term health conditions in <em>Improving Lives: the Future of Work, Health and Disability</em>. We believe people should get the support they need whatever their health condition or disability, whether that’s from their employer, from the health system or from the welfare system.</p><p> </p><p>We have invested in our Personal Support Package, which includes £330 million of funding over four years with a range of new interventions and initiatives designed to provide support that is tailored to the individual needs of claimants. As was the case with previous Administrations, it is not the Treasury's practice to provide details of all such discussions.</p><p> </p><p>The Government’s shareholding in the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) is managed at arm’s length from Government by UK Financial Investments (UKFI). UKFI is responsible for managing the shareholding on a wholly commercial basis, in a way that creates and protects value for the taxpayer. UKFI is not responsible, for managing the bank itself; RBS retains its own board for strategic and management decisions. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 22/02/2017 answer text <p>The UK Government continues to support increased provision of Changing Places toilets and in 2013 guidance on changing places was introduced in to Part M (Access to and use of buildings) of the Building Regulations in England which states that:</p><p>&quot;In large building developments separate facilities for baby changing and an enlarged unisex toilet incorporating an adult changing table are desirable. All new trains with toilets are built with accessible toilets as standard, and this has been a requirement since 1999. Trains built before 1999 have until 2020 to comply and the Department is monitoring progress towards this target. Currently 75% of mainline trains are either built or refurbished to modern accessibility standards.
