<p>The Department asked NHS England and NHS Improvement to develop a comprehensive
emotional, psychological and physical support package for all National Health Service
staff, including those working in Nightingale hospitals, during and after the COVID-19
outbreak.</p><p>This package includes free-to-access self-guided mental health support,
confidential helpline and 24 hours a day, seven days a week text service, as well
as free-to-download mental health and well-being apps.</p><p>NHS England and NHS Improvement
are also co-ordinating commercial offers to provide practical support for NHS staff
