The devolved administrations each publish their own Indices of Deprivation but there is no UK-wide version. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 11/03/2015 answer text <p>At the end of December 2014, local authorities had identified 117,910 troubled families; all of whom were, or had been, engaged in the programme.</p><p> </p><p>As of the end of February 2015, local authorities had reported that 105,671 families had been ‘turned around’ and 10,508 of these families included a family member who had moved off out of work benefits and into work for a period of at least 13 weeks.</p><p> </p><p>My Department regularly publishes this information online. These are local schemes, and it is for local authorities to ensure that the effect on specific groups of council tax payers is proportionate and fair.</p><p>Spending on council tax benefit doubled under the last Government, costing taxpayers £4 billion a year – equivalent to almost £180 a year per household. Welfare reform is vital to tackle the budget deficit left by the last Administration. Our reforms to localise council tax support now give councils stronger incentives to support local firms, cut fraud, promote local enterprise and get people into work. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 26/03/2014 answer text <p>There is a range of assistance with energy costs available to low income and vulnerable consumers.</p><p> </p><p>Some policies offer automatic payments. For example, Cold Weather Payments provide £25 for each 7 day period of very cold weather to eligible households. The cost of this scheme is not only dependent on who is eligible but also on the number of consecutive days of very cold weather in a given winter.</p><p> </p><p>Other types of assistance are set at a given level of annual support, irrespective of the number of eligible consumers. For example, Affordable Warmth is estimated to deliver energy efficiency and heating measures worth around £350 million. Whilst a consumer needs to be claiming certain types of benefits to be eligible for the scheme, support is capped at a certain target level and therefore extending the scheme's eligibility criteria would not necessarily affect the cost of the scheme.</p><p> </p><p>These examples highlight that the cost of assistance is dependent on a number of factors beyond simply whether a consumer is eligible for support. We estimate 8 million people will be receiving Universal Credit once it has been fully rolled out. We expect schools to have an asbestos management plan in place and to manage it actively in line with legal requirements.</p><p> </p><p>The Department for Education takes the issue of asbestos management in schools very seriously. Our policy, as in other aspects of school management, is to give schools the support that they need to fulfil their responsibilities effectively.</p><p> </p><p>The Department has set up the Asbestos in Schools Steering Group to raise awareness and promote the effective management of asbestos in schools. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 10/04/2014 answer text <p>I have received a large number of invitations to discuss this topic and sadly cannot accept nearly as many as I would like to.</p><p>Nevertheless, I have listened to the views of the hon. and Rt hon. Members, as well as those of colleges and other providers of 16-to-19 education. I am pleased that we have been able to afford to mitigate the impact of the funding reduction on 18-year-olds in the academic year 2014/15. We will cap any losses in relation to this at 2% of the funding that an institution receives for the education of 16-to-19 year olds.</p><p>However, the overriding need to tackle the budget deficit remains, and so the full funding reduction for 18-year-olds will still be necessary in 2015/16.
