Border Systems now assumes responsibility for the Warnings Index and <br>the wider Border Force portfolio of technology projects. Border Systems will <br>build on the foundations of the e-Borders programme, strengthening even further <br>our border security.<br><br>The procurement approach to replacing the primary border security elements of <br>the Border Systems Programme will reflect broader Government ICT and Commercial <br>strategy, and there will be no single, large supplier. Ofcom's design of the 2013 spectrum auction supported a competitive market with four wholesale mobile network operators. All of the operators have launched their services and there are now upwards of 5 million subscribers to 4G services in the UK. Despite only one of the operators having a coverage obligation on their licence to be met by 2017, all of the operators have announced their intention to reach 98% of the UK population by the end of 2015. This Call for Information asks whether there are currently barriers to digital currency businesses setting up in the UK, and the Government will consider access to UK bank accounts as part of this.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>In October, the Financial Conduct Authority launched its Innovation Hub to provide support to innovative businesses.
