	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 02/07/2018 answer text <p>The business rates relief for new fibre communications infrastructure supports telecom companies who invest in their fibre network by installing new fibre lines.</p><p>The relief will ensure that no rates are paid on those new fibre lines for 5 years up to 31 March 2022. This will provide important support in the early stages of roll out of new investment.
