<p>At the end of December 2014, local authorities had identified 117,910 troubled
families; all of whom were, or had been, engaged in the programme.</p><p> </p><p>As
of the end of February 2015, local authorities had reported that 105,671 families
had been ‘turned around’ and 10,508 of these families included a family member who
had moved off out of work benefits and into work for a period of at least 13 weeks.</p><p>
