DWP will be funding this Relate contract in 2015/16 at the same level as they have received in 2014/15. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 22/07/2014 answer text <p>In general, firms which are established outside the UK and which carry on a regulated activity in the UK require permission from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and come under FCA supervision.</p><p> </p><p>Consumer credit firms and peer-to-peer platforms which are established outside the UK but within the European Economic Area (EEA) may only provide services in the UK without permission from the FCA if they do so as an ‘information society services’ (ISS) under the Electronic Commerce Directive. The UK has a proud tradition of respect for human rights which long pre-dates the 1998 Human Rights Act. The 1998 Act opened the system to abuse, which has damaged the credibility of human rights.</p><p> </p><p>We will bring forward proposals for a British Bill of Rights, which will replace the Human Rights Act.
