	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 24/09/2020 answer text <p>The Ministry of Justice has not conducted an assessment of the CPS’s use of restorative justice. This is because the CPS has a very limited role in restorative justice (reparative conditions are an option for conditional cautions) and it does not provide or fund restorative justice services.</p><p>Under the Code of Practice for Victims of Crime, all victims have the right to receive information about the availability of restorative justice services. The Code also stipulates the obligations on providers of restorative justice, including ensuring that victims are able to give informed consent to participation and that it is in the best interests of the victims.</p><p>The Ministry of Justice provides funding to Police and Crime Commissioners to commission a wide range of local support services for victims, including restorative justice services. From April 2018 to March 2019 the Ministry provided about £68m, with about £4.4m spent on restorative justice services. As the situation has deteriorated, over three million Venezuelans have fled to neighbouring countries.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>We will be providing a package of £6.5 million in aid to respond to the most severe health and nutrition needs in Venezuela and the region. DFID staff have been deployed in the region since last year and this package builds on our core support to the UN and Red Cross, operating since the early stages of the crisis. To date, the UK has pledged £2.81 billion, including £1.03 billion for humanitarian support inside Syria. UK aid is providing life-saving support to millions of displaced civilians, including those in acute need across northern Syria and in Rukban camp.</p><p> </p><p>In financial year 2018/19, DFID has allocated over £40 million for Northeast Syria. We will also expect to provide approximately £87 million for activities in Northwest Syria. Our support in Idlib governorate alone has meant that approximately 572,000 people were provided with access to safe water and 500,000 people received medical consultations between January and June 2018.</p><p> </p><p>Between December 2016 and November 2018, DFID provided £4.14 million for essential humanitarian assistance, including water and health services, to those in acute need in Rukban camp. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 16/11/2023 answer text <p>The HIV Action Plan Implementation Steering Group (ISG) is developing a roadmap to help guide our efforts to improve equitable access, uptake and use of pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) to meet the needs of key populations at significant risk of HIV. This forms part of the group’s work to monitor and drive forward the implementation of the HIV Action Plan. The roadmap is expected to be made available by the HIV Action Plan ISG before the end of the year.</p><p> </p><p>HIV PrEP is routinely available in specialist sexual health services throughout the country since March 2020 and we have invested more than £34 million in PrEP in 2020/21 and 2021/22. PrEP funding has been fully included within the public health grant since 2022/23 and funds appointments and testing in sexual health services, whilst NHS England covers the costs of the drug itself.
