Historical estimates have been updated to take into account the latest outturn data and updated projections. Projected years are subject to uncertainty.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>The effect of the reductions in the Annual Allowance in 2011‑12 and Lifetime Allowance from 2012-13, as well as further reductions in both allowances in 2014-15 are reflected in the table. These restrictions mostly affect individuals with incomes over £150,000 hence the drop in share of tax relief for these individuals in latter years.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>Increases in the Personal Allowance (from £6,475 in 2009-10 to £10,000 in 2014-15) cause a decline in the share of income tax relief going to those in the “Up to £19,999” income band. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 30/10/2014 answer text <p>The Department is committed to disposing of surplus property assets expeditiously and reducing holding costs.</p><p> </p><p>The date of operational closure of each court building which has been closed but not disposed of since May 2010 is detailed below. The majority of these courts were closed as part of the Court Estate Reform Programme (CERP). CERP is expected to save the taxpayer £152m by 2015 while ensuring the courts continue to operate effectively. As of 29 October 2014 a total of 66 buildings closed under the programme have been sold attracting disposal receipts of £42.9m.</p><p> </p><p>In addition to the courts announced for closure under CERP, the Ministry of Justice has closed and disposed of a number of court buildings as a result of the integration and co-location.</p><p> </p><p>The sale of former court buildings is dependent on a number of factors including the state of the market, potential future use of the property (including its development potential) and their location. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 27/11/2018 answer text <p>The Home Office is working closely with strategic operational policing leads on policing and security cooperation between the UK and the EU in the context of EU exit.</p><p>Our preferred scenario is a new legally binding agreement between the UK and the EU on internal security.</p><p>In a no deal scenario, however, as a responsible Government, we are working with a range of operational partners, including the National Police Chiefs’ Council (NPCC).</p><p>The Home Office has not issued a technical notice in this area. The focus of technical notices is to help businesses and citizens to prepare for EU exit. We are working directly with the NPCC and under “Operation Safety Net”, the NPCC are establishing a new national unit, called the International Crime Co-ordination Centre. Six members of the PSVI Team of Experts have been deployed to Bangladesh by this Department in support of survivors of sexual violence among Rohingya refugees. These experts have been deployed, for example, to build the capacity of others, including through training on gathering and preserving evidence of sexual violence in line with the International Protocol on Investigation and Documentation of Sexual Violence in Conflict. There are 37 people with a range of skills in the PSVI Team of Experts, such as Criminal Lawyers, Gender Based Violence Experts, and International Investigating Officers. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 27/11/2018 answer text <p>​As I said in answer to the Rt Hon Emily Thornberry MP on 9 November, the UN does not have a specific trust fund for victims of sexual violence. However, In March 2016, the UN Secretary-General established the UN’s Trust Fund in Support of Victims of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse, to provide greater support to victims of sexual exploitation and abuse by UN and related personnel. We are studying this Fund’s effectiveness and whether it provides adequate support for victims of sexual violence before taking a decision on whether to contribute. The UK is committed to ending sexual exploitation and abuse by those who are entrusted with protecting some of the most vulnerable people in the world. That is why we have committed around $3m to supporting the UN’s work on this issue since 2016, and wholeheartedly support the efforts of the UN Secretary-General to tackle this issue robustly. Our energy assistance is based on the requirements of individual developing countries, and often helps develop clean and renewable energy.
