The UK has provided 19.7 million food rations, 6.7 million health consultations, and over 2 million vaccines to people in need across Syria. Friend the Member for Maidenhead (Mrs May), has raised our strong concerns for Mrs Zaghari-Ratcliffe with Iranian President Rouhani several times, most recently on 24 May. The Foreign Secretary has also raised our concerns. I will continue to remind the Iranian authorities of these concerns, as I did in a phone call with the Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister on 21 June. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 10/07/2018 answer text <p>Following the start of military action by Coalition-backed forces to take Hodeidah port back from Houthi militia, the previous Foreign Secretary made a statement on 13 June in which he called on all parties to respect International Humanitarian Law (IHL) and prioritise the protection of civilians. We regularly raise the importance of compliance with IHL with the Saudi-led Coalition at all levels. When allegations of Coalition IHL violations are made, we insist that they are investigated and that any lessons are acted upon. For example, in our Access to Health Care programme in the Democratic Republic of Congo, our implementing partners developed standard designs with the Ministry of Health and with the technical input of architects. This programme also systematically provides WASH infrastructure at health facilities, including toilets, water cisterns, and incinerators. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 16/11/2015 answer text <p>The Government issued guidance on its planning policy on unconventional hydrocarbon development in National Parks, the Broads, AONBs and World Heritage Sites in July 2014, which clearly sets out the high level of protection accorded to these areas in respect to development.1</p><br /><p>In addition, in July 2015 the Government laid draft regulations that define protected areas in which hydraulic fracturing will be prohibited.
