	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 21/07/2016 answer text <p>The UK Government has not made any recent representations to the Government of India on the Armed Forces (Special Powers) Act (AFSPA) or on Indian military intervention in Kashmir. We are aware of the concerns regarding allegations of immunity from prosecution for Indian armed forces personnel under the AFSPA. We continue to follow developments on this issue. The Indian Government have an established mechanism though which people can request that cases of concern be investigated. In November 2015, Indian Prime Minister Modi assured the former Prime Minister, my Rt hon. As the industry is competitive we expect average savings of £40 to £50 per motor insurance policy to be passed onto customers. We recognise that the FE sector faces cost pressures, which is why we are looking closely at funding to make sure that the system can support the delivery of sustainable, high-quality education. We have also been actively engaging with FE providers and representative bodies to understand the specific challenges and opportunities for FE teacher recruitment and retention, to see if there is more support we can offer.
