	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 18/06/2018 answer text <p>This Government is committed to improving perinatal mental health services for women during pregnancy and in the first postnatal year, so that women are able to access the right care at the right time and close to home.</p><p> </p><p>The Department is investing £365 million by 2020/21 in perinatal mental health services. This investment will ensure that by 2020/21 at least 30,000 more women each year will be able to access evidence-based specialist mental health care during the perinatal period. However this information is not broken down to show information on expenditure for Tier 1 and Tier 2 Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS). Budgets and contracts for services are decided and commissioned locally by clinical commissioning groups (CCGs) which assess local needs. Furthermore, NHS England does not determine allocations or contracts for local authorities. Again, these are decided and commissioned locally by CCGs in response to local need.</p><p> </p><p>Under the Mental Health Investment Standard (MHIS), all CCGs are required to increase mental health expenditure in line with their overall allocation. However, we can confirm that in 2017/18 NHS England had a contract with Northumberland Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust to provide the Veteran Mental Health Transition, Intervention and Liaison Service (TILS) in the North region, which includes South Yorkshire. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 23/07/2018 answer text <p>The Government recognises that early intervention is absolutely vital and is committed to ensuring everyone with an eating disorder has access to timely treatment.</p><p> </p><p>For children and young people, the Government set up the first waiting times to improve access to eating disorders services for children and young people - so that by 2020/21 95% of children with an eating disorder will receive treatment within one week for urgent cases and within four weeks for routine cases. Latest figures indicate that the National Health Service is on track to meet that standard with almost 78.9% of all patients starting urgent treatment within one week and 79.9% of patients starting routine treatment within four weeks (Quarter 4 2017-2018).</p><p> </p><p>Source: <a href="https://www.england.nhs.uk/statistics/statistical-work-areas/cyped-waiting-times/" target="_blank">https://www.england.nhs.uk/statistics/statistical-work-areas/cyped-waiting-times/</a></p><p> </p><p>The Government announced in 2014 that it would invest £150 million to expand eating disorder community-based care and as a result 70 dedicated new or extended community services are now either open or in development. NHS Blood and Transplant (NHSBT) collects data on organ donation and transplantation across the United Kingdom. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 29/06/2017 answer text <p>On 1 December 2015, Wales introduced deemed consent (opt-out) for organ and tissue donation. We will monitor closely how the changes in the law on consent in Wales affect donation rates.</p><p> </p><p>Since the launch of the United Kingdom-wide Taking Organ Transplantation to 2020 Strategy in 2013, organ donation rates have increased by 7% and transplant rates by 6% mainly through a strengthening of the donation infrastructure (e.g. increased specialist nurses, improved retrieval arrangements).
