This promotes a more consistent national approach and supports commissioners in prioritising palliative and end of life care. To support ICBs in this duty, NHS England has published statutory guidance and service specifications.</p><p>Whilst the majority of palliative and end of life care is provided by National Health Service staff and services, we recognise the vital part that voluntary sector organisations, including hospices, also play in providing support to people, and their loved ones, at end of life.</p><p>Most hospices are charitable, independent organisations which receive some statutory funding for providing NHS services. The amount of funding charitable hospices receive varies by ICB area, and will, in part, be dependent on the breadth and range of palliative and end of life care provision within their ICB footprint.</p><p>We understand that, financially, times are difficult for many voluntary and charitable organisations, including hospices, due to the increased cost of living. For the Ashfield constituency, this is the NHS Nottingham and Nottinghamshire ICB.</p><p>The Government plans to tackle the challenges patients face when trying to access National Health Service dental care with a rescue plan to provide 700,000 more urgent dental appointments, and to recruit new dentists to the areas that need them most. To rebuild dentistry in the long term and increase access to NHS dental care, we will reform the dental contract, with a shift to focus on prevention and the retention of NHS dentists. Under the Chicago Convention, only the Republic of Cyprus may designate an airport for international flights. It has not done so for Ercan airport. As such, it is not possible to fly directly between the UK and the north of Cyprus. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 29/06/2022 answer text <p>The Government is taking immediate steps to support employers and help members of the public by minimising the disruption that they face as a result of the RMT’s strike action.</p><p>A Statutory Instrument has now been laid, under the terms of which employment businesses will be able supply workers to replace striking workers. However, the Government recognises the potential benefits of restoration of the Maid Marian Line and will therefore take the case under consideration as part of the Toton Study.</p><p> </p><p>This study, which was established following the publication of the IRP, will assess accelerating transport improvements at Toton, such as a station for local or regional services.
