Consequently, self-employed people, who have a health condition, can now claim either Universal Credit and/or New Style Employment and Support Allowance.</p><p> </p><p>Claimants who are eligible to claim New Style Employment and Support Allowance can do so by calling the Universal Credit helpline to request a claim form or by downloading and printing the form available on Gov.uk. Full details about how to apply (including information requesting forms in alternative formats such as braille) can be found at: <a href="https://www.gov.uk/how-to-claim-new-style-esa" target="_blank">https://www.gov.uk/how-to-claim-new-style-esa</a></p><p> </p><p>Claimants who are not eligible to claim New Style Employment and Support Allowance can claim Universal Credit online. For those unable to access or use digital services, assistance to make and maintain their claim is available via the Freephone Universal Credit helplines. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 19/07/2021 answer text <p>As of the 7<sup>th</sup> July Approximately 148,000 jobs have been made available for young people to apply for through the Kickstart Scheme and over 44,000 young people have started Kickstart jobs. There were also over 247,000 jobs approved for funding by the Scheme.</p><p>Below are tables listing the number of Kickstart jobs which have been made available and started by young people to date by geographical area of Great Britain and work sector. The figures used are correct as of the 7th July and these figures have been rounded according to departmental standards.</p><p>Although care is taken when processing and analysing Kickstart applications, referrals and starts, the data collected might be subject to the inaccuracies inherent in any large-scale recording system, which has been developed quickly.</p><p>The management information presented here has not been subjected to the usual standard of quality assurance associated with official statistics, but is provided in the interests of transparency. The approach was set out in both “Preparing for the future, tackling the past: Child Maintenance – Arrears and Compliance Strategy 2012-2017 and Command Paper Cm8399 “Supporting separated families; securing children’s futures”. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 10/03/2015 answer text <p /> <p>All letters sent to parents regarding the end of their CSA arrangement, make clear that arrears remain due or owed, even after liability ends.</p><p> </p><p>After arrears have been validated, parents are advised, in writing, of the balance. The parent with care can speak to the CSA if they want to discuss how the figure has been arrived at in further detail. We cannot advise parents of the exact length or detail of the validation process, as it will depend on the circumstances of individual cases.</p><p> </p><p>Both parties are advised to contact Child Maintenance Options for further information about the collection of their arrears.
