	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 09/09/2019 answer text <p>The annual Estates Return Information Collection Data provides information on the number of incidents caused by estates and infrastructure failure which resulted in clinical services being delayed, cancelled or otherwise interfered with owing to problems or failures related to the estates and infrastructure failure. For the Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust there were 23 such incidents reported in 2017-18 which is the latest data available.
