	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 22/10/2019 answer text <p>Climate change is one of the most urgent and pressing challenges we face today and this Government is committed to tackling it</p><p>Our ambitious domestic emissions reduction targets, enshrined in UK law, will not be affected by Brexit. These commitments, including our net zero 2050 target, go beyond our emissions reduction commitments in EU law.</p><p>The Environment Bill – laid on the 15<sup>th</sup> October - will establish a new, world-leading independent regulator that will enforce our climate commitments, working closely alongside our independent advisers, the Committee on Climate Change.</p><p>Brexit will not affect our international climate commitments. The UK is a party to the Kyoto Protocol and the Paris Agreement in our own right and we are bound by all the obligations of these agreements under international law. This includes the requirement to prepare, communicate and maintain successive Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) under the Paris Agreement. We have committed to publishing an enhanced UK NDC by February next year.</p><p>In addition to these commitments, we have recently announced that we are setting up a new climate change cabinet committee, chaired by the Prime Minister. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 22/10/2019 answer text <p>In law the UK is set to leave the EU on 31 October 2019. “Get Ready for Brexit” is a public information campaign providing the facts citizens and businesses need to know about the preparations they need to take to be ready for when the UK leaves the EU.</p><p>The ‘Get Ready for Brexit’ campaign is running across television, social media, billboards and other platforms. It also has many direct and local elements including business roundtables, public meetings, ministerial visits and local authority events. Campaign activity is ongoing across the UK and in multiple EU countries.</p><p>The Cabinet Office has undertaken to publish information relating to ongoing expenditure on the public information campaign as part of the department’s monthly data transparency releases. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 07/10/2019 answer text <p>Adult social care is one of the most important priorities for this Government, which is why we will set out a plan to fix the care system and give everyone the dignity and security they deserve.</p><p>We are providing councils with access to an additional £1.5 billion for adult and children’s social care next year. This includes an additional £1 billion of grant funding for adult and children’s social care, on top of maintaining £2.5 billion of existing social care grants. This will support local authorities to meet rising demand and continue to stabilise the social care system.</p><p>In addition, the Government will consult on a 2% precept that will enable councils to access a further £500 million for adult social care. This new funding will support councils to meet rising demand and continue to stabilise the social care system.</p><p>As the Prime Minister said on the steps of Downing Street, the social care crisis will be attended to once and for all. Reforms to how the off-payroll rules are administered in the public sector have been in place since 6 April 2017. Independent research into the reforms in the public sector showed there was no clear evidence of a reduction in the number of contractor roles, relative to public sector bodies’ overall workforce. This has all been core funding, for any scenario.</p><p> </p><p>In addition to this core funding, the Chancellor announced £2.1bn on 1 August 2019 specifically to prepare for leaving the EU without a deal.</p><p> </p><p>Further to these allocations of funding, on 30 September 2019 the government reaffirmed its funding guarantee if the UK leaves the EU without a deal and should the EU cease to fund UK organisations after EU exit. This guarantee relates to UK organisations in receipt of certain EU programme funding.
